Inquiries & replies

Messages and replies are visible only to you and Shunsuke Kaga. Anonymous display hides your chosen name; account identification is still used. ChatGPT sign-in identifies your account for the private conversation. Country, gender and age are optional and do not determine permissions.

Information is used for replies, access-request review and safe operation. Authentication is provided by Sites / ChatGPT; messages and permissions are stored in Cloudflare D1 and private images in Cloudflare R2. Records are not used for marketing or public profiles. For sending restrictions, the account identifier and restriction date remain until the owner lifts the restriction.

Ordinary conversations become eligible for deletion one year after the last message, during relevant access or administrator cleanup. Exact-time deletion is not guaranteed. Withdrawal hides a message but does not immediately erase the stored record. Request deletion through this form. Records needed for serious incidents may be preserved and reviewed every 90 days.

Harassment, threats, discriminatory abuse, impersonation, spam and disclosure of others’ private information are prohibited. Questions, different interpretations and evidence-based criticism are welcome. Violations may lead to hiding, sending restrictions or suspension. Serious infringements may require record preservation, consultation with legal advisers or police, and consideration of legal action.

Check replies here; there are no email notifications. Replies and access permissions are not guaranteed. Do not redistribute family records without permission.
